What areas do you serve?
We serve North Vancouver, West Vancouver, Vancouver, Burnaby, Coquitlam, Richmond and across Metro Vancouver from our Marine Drive showroom.
Do you supply and install, or just sell flooring?
Both. We help you choose in our showroom and our own team installs it, so one company is accountable from start to finish.
Are your installers employees or subcontractors?
Employees. We use our own in-house, WorkSafeBC-covered craftspeople, never subcontractors.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes, we are BBB A+ accredited, WorkSafeBC-covered and carry $5 million in liability insurance.
What warranty do you offer?
Every installation is backed by an extended 3-year workmanship warranty, in addition to manufacturer product warranties.
Which brands do you carry?
For flooring: Lauzon, Mercier, Preverco, Torlys, Mohawk, Karastan, Shaw, Tuftex, Fuzion, Fabrica, Masland, Godfrey Hirst and Biyork. For cabinetry: the German Bauformat, Baulux and Burger collections.
Do you offer in-home consultations?
Yes, we’ll bring samples to your home, measure your space and give honest advice with no pressure or obligation.
How long does a typical project take?
Most flooring installs take about a week; kitchens and renovations run a few weeks depending on scope. We give you a clear timeline up front.

1420 Marine Drive, North Vancouver. Open Mon–Thu 10–5 and Fri & Sat 10–4.
